Our Co-working Guide

Grace Steite Masri is an Irish and Lebanese Parisian enjoying life in Scandinavia. She has worked with creatives for over 13 years in clarifying their goals, staying organized, and achieving results. Madison has described her as “the other half of my brain.”

Grace enjoys playing the drums in her girlband, cooking for friends, and swimming in the cold water.

The Cowork Sessions

Every two weeks, we'll gather to work alongside each other in a gentle and structured way. We'll open with a short check-in where you name one small thing you'd like to work on, it can be tiny. Then we'll move into focused work with quiet time to actually do the thing. If you hit a block, Grace is there to help you move through it. At the end of the session, we'll close with a brief check-out to acknowledge what we did. The session is intentionally low-stakes, there's no pressure to be productive or expectations beyond showing up.

Our Movement Integration Teacher

Eva Arsovska is an Macedonian artist and certified Somatic movement teacher whose classes are a blend of Feldenkrais and intuitive movement. She lives in Belgium and loves painting, moving, dancing, and making playlists.

Rebelling against rigid movement practices obsessed with alignment, her method completely changes the game in how we relate to effort, opening more space, ease and curiosity in our bodies.

Movement Integration Sessions

Once a month we will gather just as we are, to wiggle free from perfection, pressure, and expectation, making room for our flow to find us. The movements are done slowly and mainly on the ground where we get not only support but great feedback of where the body holds unnecessary effort.
