🌹Romantic
Stability🌹
Passion is a drug. If we haven’t uncovered the connection between childhood trauma and dysfunctional relationships, we’re bound to keep confusing intensity for intimacy.
This class isn’t about finding the one, but it isn’t about being so “empowered” that you don’t need anyone else, either. With Romantic Stability, we build the nervous system capacity to be open to love (and friendship) while staying rooted in our bodies.
This class is where we gently interrupt the loop of equating chaos with chemistry, because while our ADHD brains love short-term excitement, the wise one within us knows we will need something deeper to build the legacy of our life.
The class will include theory, somatic nervous system trauma-resolution tools, logistical and spiritual practices. We add the additional element of directing our attention to any creative desires we are neglecting, because yearning for the unavailable is one of the most common ways we sabotage our personal development.
No longer using romance to fix something broken or fill a hole, we learn to anchor in wholeness and from magnetic radiance, Letting Love Come To Us. Discover the way that is effortless & authentic, without compromising the poetry of it all.
You have to find your soul before you can find your mate.

True! Love!
In four 90 minute classes, we will blend somatic tools, nervous system education, romantic pattern deconstruction, and group healing.
Each class is roughly 30 minutes of education, 30 minutes of practice, and 30 minutes of Q&A so you can present real life examples and get 1-1 coaching.
Madison’s facilitation style is light-hearted, direct, collective, and attuned to what arises in the group, so curriculum is subject to change as we deepen in the topics.
Each group Madison holds is a ritual of transformation with a unique imprint, shaped by the individuals that join. We do research to heal culture together.
You will leave with:
+ A sense of community around your experiences that once felt shameful & overwhelming
+ A deeper understanding of the patterns that lead to repeated emotional pain
+ A literal map with directions out of the old pattern and into a fresh flow
“Before Romantic Stability, I was so hung up on someone that didn’t like me that much. After, I noticed the pattern of wanting to prove myself through romance validation. It revealed a truth that YEARS of therapy never got to. I feel I’ve gone through a transformation and now i walk through dating with my self connection first. It’s still fun with and up and downs, but I no longer get lost in it. ”
“Before the romantic stability program, having a crush meant abandoning my body; who needs food when you’re spiraling about someone? I’d get fulfillment from taking care of people instead of looking for mutual care and real connection. Now, I actually listen to my body and notice who I can relax around versus who I feel I have to perform for. I still have old habits, like wanting to take care of others, but I have way more awareness, and I don’t let those patterns run the show anymore.”
“I didn’t realize you could apply the concept of sobriety to romance until I heard Madison speak about Romantic Stability, and it instantly clicked. As someone with an addictive personality, I was used to detoxing from sugar, alcohol, even social media, but never thought about doing the same with romantic pursuit. Madison’s Earthy grounding aura made me curious, and eventually I gave it a try. After five months, I felt more connected to myself, my body, and my full emotional spectrum. It wasn’t always easy, but it was deeply clarifying. I stopped chasing crumbs of validation and began to feel rooted in my own worth. Now, when I think about dating, I feel solid! Like the trunk of a tree! Because I’m no longer reaching from lack, but from wholeness.”
“I didn’t realize how much relational drama was blocking my creative fulfillment. Since doing Madison’s romantic stability work, I’m no longer drained by the vortex of immaturity and dysfunction. I feel rooted in my creative flow and connected to my path. Thank you, Madison!”
“Working with Madison has been one of the most meaningful parts of my healing. They bring so much presence and care, & I learned a ton about my nervous system and what I actually need, especially in dating, which has always felt like a tender spot for me. Madison never tries to fix, just gently helps you slow down and listen to yourself. Saying “no” to shame became something I could feel in my body, not just think about. After a mess of confusing relationships, I finally feel hopeful and more trusting in how I relate.”
“Before this framework, every part of my life felt solid, except dating. That part was a rollercoaster of panic I kept mistaking for love. I reached a point where I couldn’t afford to keep draining my peace and self-respect, and that’s when I found Madison’s work. Now I actually feel like an adult in love, not a mess in disguise. I know what I want, I don’t compromise, and I trust myself to choose better.”

Yes. This class is for anyone who wants to understand and heal the deeper patterns that show up in love, whether you're single, dating, partnered, or somewhere in between. The work is about you and your nervous system, not your current relationship status.

This class blends nervous system education, somatic practices, spirituality, and creativity-centered tools in a way that goes beyond cognitive insight. It’s not just about why you do what you do, but how to shift it on a body level. If you’ve done therapy, read all the books, and still get swept up in the same patterns, this is for you.

Bring it to the group! The group element is here for us to shed shame and replace it with compassion and understanding of why- because we didn’t get these unhealthy habits out of nowhere ;)

Yes you will have access to all the recordings for all of eternity. But hopefully you won’t need it for that long.

All classes will be made available on Fridays and you can email Madison questions to answer in class.

Romantic intensity, obsession, and fantasy often hijack the same energy we need for creative flow. This class includes tools to help you redirect that energy back into your art, work, and self-expression.
